Anqing COSMOS Chemical Co., Ltd. (Anqing COSMOS) is the Group’s new member specialized in the field of high-end personal care products. Founded in October 2021, the Company is located at No. 8, Yingshan Road, Anqing City High-tech District with the planned floor area of 197.68 acres and the total investment above RMB 3.5 billion, implying the Group’s long-term planning and firm commitment for exploring the market of high-end personal care products.

As of July 2023, Anqing COSOMOS has successfully completed the phase construction of 36.57 acres for its High-end Personal Care Product and Synthetic Perfume Project (Phase 1). The project includes 2,600 t/a chemical UV filters, 12,800 t/a amino acid surfactant and 3,000 t/a new anti-dandruff agent piroctone olamine (PO). The products above imply that the Company has reached an advanced level regarding R&D and production capacity of raw materials of high-end personal care products.
