Founded in November 2010, Anhui SINOBEST Cosmeceutical Co., Ltd. (SINOBEST) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing COSMOS Chemical Co., Ltd. Located in Cihu High-tech Development Zone, Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province, and with a floor area about 13.18 acres, the Company is a modern science & technology manufacturing enterprise specialized in the R&D, production and sales of cosmetics raw materials, with the capacity of 15,000 t/a fine chemicals. Based on its excellent quality and innovation capability, the Company has passed SGS EU cosmetics EFfCI certification (EFfCI GMP), ICH Q7 audit, USA FDA on-site audit, as well as the certifications of QMS, OHS management system, SA8000 social responsibility standard and Halal system.

The Company has 363 employees, including 57 dedicated R&D personnel with 3 PhDs and 17 masters, reflecting a team of high-quality and well-experienced management and R&D. With 21 invention patents and 54 utility model patents, SINOBEST possesses independent intellectual property rights and technical reserve. In recent years, the company has successfully commercialized over ten scientific and technological achievements, fostering a virtuous cycle from R&D to market launch, generating significant economic benefits.
